My name is Teresa Shymansky, the Director and lead designer for Something Beautiful Design Studio.

There is no greater freedom than the ability to create with your own imagination from the gifts of God’s earth with your own two hands. Having a connection to the Creator through admiration & wonder is only the beginning of possibilities. At Something Beautiful Design Studio we offer faith based year round Artistic Workshops, Summer Camps for Children, & Private Family or Group Classes to children & adults in need of creative exploration. We focus in the areas of floral, gardening and horticulture with a little painting and mixed media fun.

Our vision at the studio is to restore hope & dignity to those who have been trafficked & sexually abused. We do this through scholarship opportunities for immersive creative experiences & proceeds from our classes are given to financially support Operation Underground Rescue.

We support national efforts to stop human trafficking with contributions from our workshop and fundraising proceeds.

All of the proceeds from our gift shop are donated to offer scholarships for camps and to support the efforts of Operation Underground Railroad

    We are a faith based non-profit organization located in Solon, Iowa on 43 acres with a pond surrounded by beautiful flower gardens, flowering trees, evergreens, and a forest filled with wildlife.
